By signing up for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Fees: All membership fees are non-refundable.
2. Transfer of Membership: Members may transfer their membership to another individual, subject to prior authorization from management.
3. Change of Membership Dates: Members may request a change of membership dates or postpone their membership based on seasonal availability. Requests must be made in writing and are subject to management approval.
4. Access and Guests: Members are not permitted to bring guests or non-members into the coworking space without prior authorization. During out-of-office hours, members must call the reception number provided to gain access.
5. Safety and Security: For safety and security, members must not allow strangers to enter the premises. Ensure the door is securely closed at all times.
6. Food and Beverages: Eating is not permitted inside the coworking space. Small snacks and fruits that do not have strong odors (e.g., no durian) are allowed. Please be mindful of others and avoid making noise while consuming food or beverages.
7. CCTV and Liability: Our premises are monitored by CCTV for security purposes. However, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended.
8. Reporting Issues: Members are encouraged to report any hazards, damaged items, or maintenance issues to staff immediately.
9. Dress Code: To maintain a respectful and hygienic environment, members are expected to dress appropriately. Swimwear and shirtless attire are not allowed. Please wear shirts at all times. In keeping with local customs, we ask that members remove their shoes before entering the coworking space.
10. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Disruptive behavior may result in membership termination.
11. Amendments to Terms: These terms and conditions may be amended at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
